Elementary
Westlake Hills Elementary School is a National Blue Ribbon School, a California Distinguished School, as well as a two-time Governor's Performance Award recipient and a California Business Council Honor School.
A walk through our lovely campus reveals students learning in a well-appointed, comfortable, and engaging atmosphere.
At Westlake Hills technology is used on a daily basis in all classrooms. iPads and WinnBook laptops are available to all students, as well as our two dedicated computer labs.
We have a dedicated art studio, which supports students in all grade levels. We host an annual art show that includes unique projects aligned to each grade level as well as cross grade level, study buddy, artwork.
Our SEM is based on best practices in gifted education and aims to challenge and enrich every child's education by facilitating both academic and affective learning opportunities to build a foundation for critical thinking, achievement, innovation and success.

We have a strong Performing Arts program that includes class plays and performances, oratoricals, and a musical.
